Currently, KLH is quite lonely and that there is decision on wether or not we should continue KLH website for next year. People have been using KLH shoutout box but the forum was not touched at all excluding the spams. There is only less then 8 members including the staffs and admins using the forum otherwise it's not. Even now, the home page is untouched for quite awhile. Either that KLH is not on the Radar yet or everyone is quite busy. Now the KLH admins is also outdated. Kael said that we should continue KLH website for next year but...IS IT REALLY WORTH IT? To decide on this, all KLH members make a vote on our home page poll. Every week the poll is changed as scheduled. If there are more than 10 voters for next week's poll, KLH website will go on as usual for next year otherwise this will needed to be discussed again with all the staffs. As you can see, many drivers were reckless drivers and thus what was the result? Either it's accident or self-accident. If the motorist is extremely unlucky, he/she will lose his/her life, if the motorist is unlucky, he/she will be severely injured, if the motorist if very lucky, he/she has escaped with only minor or no injury. In Brunei, the penalty for ramming over a person or a cyclist will be few years in jail with a fine of over $3000(Was it?) or a few MORE years if can't pay the fine and a PERMANENT ban of your driving license. Remember, in driving, it was skill that is not determined, it was SAFETY. A skilled drifter or drag or over speeding is NOT a pro driver. It was and will always be a life treatening situation. Here are the safety tips for driving and that ALL of these were what MOST drivers in Brunei failed to follow. 1. Whenever you came across a traffic light, DO NOT REST your gas/accelerate pedal. Let your gas pedal go COMPLETELY so when the light hits yellow, you can break in time. If you were very close to the light and the light hits yellow, just go pass the light since you are already too close. 2. Whenever you enter a junction or saw a car appear from a junction, SLOW DOWN don't rush. 3. Whenever you saw a pedestarian or a cyclist at the side of your lane, again SLOW DOWN your car. There's always a chance that the cyclist will tip over and fell and that you were in his/her path. 4. There is always at least 2 or 3 lanes on the roundabout. If the roundabout is a 2-lane, always use the 1st lane if you think your not good enough, the 2nd lane is 5X MORE risky than the 1st lane of the 2-lane roundabout. If the roundabout is a 3 lane, always use the 2nd/middle lane if you think your not good enough, the 3rd lane is 5X MORE risky than the 2nd lane wheareas the 1st lane is 10X MORE risky than the 3rd lane of the 3-lane roundabout. 5. Whenever there is a motorist over take you, NEVER and NEVER get pissed and race with him/her for over taking you. 6. If going out of a junction and onto the main road by making a right/left or a U-turn, don't be in a hurry to get out of a junction. If you have no confidence then don't go, just wait til the cars are waaayyyyy far away then only you go. 7. Whenever your going to overtake, always make sure that there is no or the car at the side of your lane if far behind. If the car at your side of your lane is close or you think it's close OR if the car is far behind but was accelerating at an extremely high speed, wait for it to pass then that's the time you go and overtake. 8. When on the 2nd lane, if you think you can't go to the 1st lane cause the 1st lane is full, just continue on the 2nd lane at a safe speed. 9. Seeing that Kisaragi is the naive type, he then consider giving her the old aged pencil for free but Kisaragi who was feeling guilty then asked for half of the box instead.
