You’re Beautiful (K Drama)

You’re beautiful or 미남이시네요(Minami shinaeyo) or you’re handsome (Or i prefer,you’re hot) is one of the top Korean Drama Series ever aired due to its fun plot and and great cast consisting of many famous talents.
This SBS drama was broadcasted from 7 October 2009 to 26 November 2009 showing 16 episodes.

The main cast are
Jang Geun Suk as Hwang Tae Kyung
Tae Kyung is a bossy group leader and is an extreme neat freak who is able to notice even the most slightest change in his room.
(My favourite actor in the whole wide universe!)(Famous for being in a lot commercials such as Samsung Yappe(latest))

Park Shin Hye as Go Mi Nam (Male) / Go Mi Nyu (Female)
A to-be-nun but was called by the group manager to replace her twin brother who had to over go eye surgery due to some fan service mishap.
(She appeared in Prince Hour(The one with Se7en or known as Princess Hour 2)

Lee Hong Ki as Kang On Yu / Jeremy
The drummer and joy giving member. Has blond hair and is a very fun person. He was from England so his attitude and thoughts are pretty much westernized.
(The Lead vocalist of FT Island and greatest vocalist in South Korea of age 19(Started in 2007) Ft Island plays mostly rock ballad.

Jung Yong Hwa as Kang Shin Woo
The quiet and manly giving aura vibe member. The guitarist of the group.
(Is the lead vocalist and guitarist of a new band, C.N.BLUE(code name blue)CN Blue was released this year with their song Witoriya (Im a loner) which was an instant hit also because of his popularity in the drama.)

Sypnosis:
Go Mi Nyu is a to-be-nun who happened to had to go to Italy for her official Nun title. The manager of A.N.Jell arrived to beg Go Mi Nyu to replace her brother sign a contract because her brother must go for eye surgeries due to some fan service mishap. After able to to sign the contract, Tae Kyung comes to the scene and dragged Mi Nyu into the studio and force her to sing. The manager got worried that Mi Nyu would be found out but after a long moment and Tae Kyung threaten to tear the contract if Mi Nyu does not sing, Mi Nyu finally sang Panis Angelicus (she could only sing religious church songs since she was brought up in the covenant since young.) She passed Tae Kyung’s test and was accepted by the other members. The manager mentioned that her voice are similar to her brother’s and begged her to stay for another month until her brother operation is completed but she turned down the risky offer with the excuse that it was her destiny to be a nun and she must go to Italy soon.
When Mi Nyu arrived at the airport,trouble came. ANJell was in the airport,on the way to Japan.. Mi Nyu had to run around to avoid them in fear that they might recognise her but accidentally,this lead her to more mishap and eventually,she could not board to the flight to Italy. When the manager explained that her brother wanted to be famous because he wanted to find his mother because their mother was a singer and might leave then but will return if he gets known,Mi Nyu thought about it and finally agreed to disguise herself as a man in order to protect her brother’s dream as Go Minam.

This is a very funny drama and it’s great to watch! I would give this a 10/5. Though,mind the ending,it could be a bit disappointing but it still is very worth to watch all over again and i recommend you to get the dvd!

Synopsis:
