KLH Anniversary Party

KLH Society has now marked it’s 5th year since our establishment. Its amazing how we’ve been working for 5 years. Just recently he organized many activities, meetings and now it appears that time is now our rival as most of us are continuing our studies. However, those won’t just be a barricade to us. there’s lots of stuff that we could do for a long term and short term.

Anyhow, KLH will continue on! Live long and Prosper!

FEZ (Fantasy Earth Zero) Brief Intro

Hi all!

I’ve found another MMO to talk about, FEZ @ Fantasy Earth Zero. It debut for US  by SquareEnix, Jan 2010. It was welcomed with lots of competitions and Awesome giveaways. This MMO was created 2006-2007 in Japan.

In this MMO, you play as a recruit/enlistee for your own Kingdom. There’s the usual character creation and I think the limited number of characters is 3(but inactive ones are deleted at random times…sad). There’re 3 jobs: Warrior, Mage and Scout. I think there’s about 5 Kingdoms only, each with their own ruler, island, specialties and goals.

In the beginning of the game, you’re just a new and fresh low-level newbie.. –” Yes yes, and if you’d like to skip the long hours of training, hunting and killing monsters for EXP, you have the option to fight for your Kingdom straight away! And sweet, man! You level up straight to 16 if you do that ^^ VERY time saving!

Your role in the game is to protect your Kingdom’s territories from the other Kingdoms and of course, whenever possible, capture more. Enter your Kingdom’s wars to protect her territories from being captured by others.You can help other Kingdoms too(only nations not fighting with yours. Lol). Furthermore, the easiest way of getting EXP is by participating wars. It’s a rather repetitive game-play, if i may say so..but heck, I’m still playing it –” The war is better experienced by oneself. Briefly, enter a battlefield, you get some crystals, build buildings, destroy buildings, PK players, get PK’d, summon creatures, etc. After a victory or loss in a war, you’ll get money, a title(yes, like Private, OBmaster,etc), EXP as well as rings. (fyi, rings are needed to buy high-edge equipments & weapons)

The controls are rather complicated at first, in my opinion, and you’ll feel rather handicapped without a mouse. The camera controls are a nuisance sometimes.. The graphics are as usual, beautifully crafted…coming from SE, it’s not a surprise no more.. The artworks of the Kings’ and Queens’ portraits are nice and the BGM are sweeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttt~ Different BGM for different situations(near victory, PvE battles, etc) Don’t mind me, i usually favor a game for its BGM/OST =P

Theme Unleashed

As I have promised that we need a new look.. Introducing KLH new theme for the summer, codenamed: KLH Rehabitation! We wanted a fresh look at the same time still familiar to everyone. Therefore we made a clean look with a lil of changes. However it’s still not in its final stage as there’s few more tweaking still needs to be done.

So what’s new in this theme?
Well of course everything is still the same as usual but we’re trying to add up new things. After all we love new stuffs right?

• Site version has been updated to 3.0 to a latest system. This also helps to prevent any errors on pages or posts.
• Facebook Like. This is a new function added since Facebook have been used almost the whole world. A good way to promote our posts to everyone.

There’s still more function to be added as for now they’re currently being modded to be fitted into our new theme and to avoid errors. You will notice some changes for the following days too as we’re patching up things on the site. So don’t get scared if the site’s gone empty

I know how things get boring.. We’ve been having the same theme for quite a long time. I suppose it is time for a fresh new look. Currently we’re developing some new look in associates with our current KLH project, KLH Restructure Programme. Stay tune for more info.
